I'm totally blank with the topics and the details on what should i write on it

I don't read enough,that's why i have a poor English grammar
I don't practice enough, that's why i have a normal result
I don't speak enough, that's why i have a poor English standard

I'm not wise enough, that's why i always create trouble at all time
I'm not ego enough, that's why i always stop on half way
I'm not hardworking enough, that's why i always study at the eleventh hour

Based on the above, i have to put on efforts to improve my self
